Lori Oakes-Coyne
Lori Oakes-Coyne has extensive experience as both project manager and primary recruiter for engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting firms nationally. Lori also advises clients on recruitment strategy, staff retention, salary structures, incentive compensation, relocation, outplacement, HR best practices, and staff development.
Lori has also presented a number of topics at professional conferences, including CE News’ Best Firms to Work For, ZweigWhite’s Pathway to Principal, and the Geological Society of America’s Annual Meeting.
Lori has experience in recruiting mid- to executive-level professionals for the environmental consulting and engineering industries, both with New England staffing firms, and her own recruiting business. Prior to her recruiting experience, she worked as a geologist in the New England geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting industries. Lori received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in earth science from Wesleyan University and has completed coursework in the Master of Science Program in geology at Boston College.
