Are you in a position of leadership in your firm? Have you had the standard training sessions to brief you on your new responsibility and begun work with your team? Is it working? The truth is, many leaders reach this point and ultimately fail to achieve their long-term goals; they settle into a pattern that never allows them to reach their full potential. To truly push the envelope in terms of their growth and development as professionals, project managers must reassess the conventional wisdom and clichés regarding leadership and explore some alternative frameworks. The paths to success are out there, but are often hidden by conventional practices.
Attendees of this webinar will explore:
- The standard, conventional wisdom and clichés regarding leadership philosophically, and break them down to create alternate approaches
- Personal avenues of leadership that they can adapt from these alternate approaches
- How to choose "where and how" they want to lead
- What they can do to become better leaders as a project manager or firm leader
