Evelyne Matthews President and CEO Matthews & Matthews Consulting
Evelyne Matthews is the president and CEO of Matthews and Matthews Consulting, a boutique human resources and organizational effectiveness firm based in New York City. She and her partner provide consulting and training in the areas of leadership, diversity, conflict resolution, team building, communication skills, stress management, sexual harassment, and other matters related to releasing human capital. Some of the firm’s clients include the Environmental Protection Agency, EDSA Planners and Landscape Architects, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Bermuda Ministry of Labour, Home Affairs and Public Safety. Ms. Matthews possesses more than 25 years of experience in human resources, law enforcement, sales and marketing and has served on the adjunct faculty at New York University. She has her undergraduate degree in psychology and earned certificates in conflict resolution and diversity at Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
