Shaw-chin Chiu Consultant, Human Resources Advisory Services ZweigWhite
Shaw-chin Chiu is a consultant with ZweigWhite's Human Resources Advisory Services group and works in the firm's San Francisco office. She has extensive experience as a primary recruiter and project manager responsible for a wide range of engineering, architecture, and environmental searches.
Shaw-chin's successful experience in targeted and strategic recruiting for mid- to executive-level searches is complemented by her commitment to retaining top talent. She advises clients on recruitment strategy, staff retention, compensation, interviewing strategies, relocation, and other human resource issues. Shaw-chin is also a contributing writer to the The Zweig Letter and The Zweig HR Letter, ZweigWhite publications that focus on recruitment and retention issues in the A/E industry.
Prior to joining ZweigWhite, Shaw-chin was an executive recruiter and the operations and research manager for Michael James Reid & Company, a San Francisco based executive retained search firm. She received her BA in psychology and anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
